1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fablefin's website and subscription services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and others who access or use Fablefin's services, available at fablefin.com.

2. The Service

Fablefin is a monthly book subscription service that curates and mails children's books to subscribers on a recurring basis. Subscriptions are available on a month-to-month, 3-month, or 6-month basis as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

By starting a subscription, you authorize Fablefin to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan:

• Month-to-Month: $16.00 billed monthly
• 3-Month Plan: $45.00 billed every 3 months
• 6-Month Plan: $84.00 billed every 6 months

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the current period.

We reserve the right to update our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States via USPS Media Mail. Most mailers arrive within 5–10 business days of the ship date. Fablefin is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.

If a mailer arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@fablefin.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it.

5. Pausing and Cancellation

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 consecutive months per calendar year from your member dashboard. Billing is suspended during the pause period. Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause.

To cancel, log in to your member dashboard and follow the cancellation steps. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of our subscription service, we do not offer refunds for fulfilled mailers. If a mailer arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it at no charge.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at info@fablefin.com and we will review your account.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Fablefin is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt our services, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services, or to use our services in any manner that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on fablefin.com — including our name, logo, design, and written content — is the property of Fablefin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Books shipped as part of your subscription are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fablefin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shasta County, California.
